Pros
Straight forward, easy to use. Can make lots of different things with a little imagination. I have been making brochure holders in addition to business card holders. USE kiln paper

Cons
The 1st time I used this I had coated with kiln wash as I do all my molds. The glass stuck to the sides and I had to pry it off.

Other Thoughts
Now I use a reusable piece of fiber blanket hanging over the edges on the top where I put my glass. It works like a charm and no more sticking.

Other Thoughts
I would like to point out that it is the iron oxide content in dry toner laser printers that will give the best image transfers to glass. The black toner is what 'stains' the glass turning it brown or sepia toned. Just thought this information should be included for potential purchasers of any transfer medium.
