Pros
I like the plates - think they are a great idea. I'm doing some long term testing if the color gets darker.

Cons
i made a piece for my mother who is in a nursing home and she wore constantly for a week and it gave a dark impression on her skin and it turned dark. Of course, most people would remove it daily.

I liked it for the most part.

Cons
Had some problems with glass shifting. I'm going to try a few more times and see if it's me trying to get it into the kiln.
