Glass Art by William's Profile
Bio
A country boy from Indiana, I wound up studying graphic design at the University of Cincinnati. Taking fine art classes whenever I could, I wanted to be an artist. After college, a three-month study in Paris, France with an American realist painter (Ben Long) made me determined to be an artist. Initially I came to stained glass when I helped restore an 1884 Victorian in San Francisco. I later took a class on how to copper foil. I love antiques and prefer my work to look old. I frame some of them with antique frames that I restore. I’m now in Oakland, California.
