Pros : These bits and sleeves are so easy to use - no worry about freezing to the shaft. Sleeve can slide up or down the base as needed.
Cons : None that I have encountered
Other Thoughts : I have had trouble removing the screw down bits and if you do not lube the shaft the bit can freeze to it. These do not have that problem and I love using the quick release bits.
