Pros : Having messed with pieces of came and tried to keep it straight - to no avail - this is the only way to go. Easy to handle with little if any waste. Just cut what you need. No left over pieces to little to use.

Pros : I've been using Spooled lead came now for several years. One of the big advantages is the minimum space required to store the lead. I can easily keep several widths on hand. When the lead is stretched it is equal in quality to the traditional came.
Cons : I've found no negative aspect to the spooled lead.
