Pros : This is a beautiful color! I was amazed at how well it stayed intense when it was layered over white. It actually became more navy rather then being washed out.
Cons : Because it is a transparent color it will change when it is layered over other colors so you must experiment to see what it will become. Also it cools very fast. I have broken beads while still flame working them because the glass cooled so fast.
Other Thoughts : I recommend starting with making a stringer so you can see how fast this glass cools. Get to know it a little bit so you can enjoy all its beauty.
