Pros : I have tried other products on the market but this one is by far the best. It makes perfect scores on every beer, wine, and other bottle that I tried. Very easy to use. Spring loaded carbide cutting wheel / head adjusts itself to the bottle. Score line is sharp, fine, and precise resulting in clean smooth separations. The hand protector pad facilitates bottle rotation while isolating your hand from any glass splinters. Index mark / guide helps prevent over-scoring. Rollers are ball bearing smooth. There's a neat 12 inch ruler on the underside for precision placement of cutting head. Solid polycarbonate base provides a straight rigid guide for bottle base. The parts quality is excellent. I struggled with other cutters I previously owned to the point where I gave up working with bottles. This cutter re-engaged me big time. If you can rotate a bottle, you can create perfect scores with this product.

Other Thoughts : The latest version of this cutter comes with an additional set of rollers, not shown in the photo, for scoring those large over-sized bottles. The product support is great. I had a couple of questions which were answered very quickly. The only thing I will ever need to replace will be the cutting wheel / head. The product was well packaged and Delphi shipping was fast and efficient. Bottom Line: This bottle cutter is the best I have found on the market and is worth every penny I paid for it.
