Gift Card Terms

1. Redemption.
   Delphi Glass ("Delphi") gift cards must be redeemed toward the purchase of Delphi eligible products or services. Redemption of Delphi gift cards on our affiliated websites is prohibited. If an order exceeds the amount of the Delphi gift card, the balance must be paid with a credit/debit card. Delphi may provide gift card purchasers with information about the redemption status of Delphi gift cards that they purchase.
2. Limitations.
   Delphi gift cards may only be used for the purchase of products on DelphiGlass.com, at Delphi Creativity Center in Lansing, MI, or over the phone at 800-248-2048. Delphi gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Delphi gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for value, redeemed for cash or applied to any other account, except to the extent required by law. Unused Delphi gift card balances may not be transferred.
3. Risk of Loss.
   The risk of loss and title for Gift Cards pass to the purchaser upon electronic transmission to the purchaser, recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable. Delphi is not responsible and will not replace a Gift Card that is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without your permission.
4. Fraud.
   Delphi will have the right to close customer accounts and bill alternative forms of payment if a fraudulently obtained Delphi gift card is redeemed and/or used to make purchases on DelphiGlass.com, at Delphi Creativity Center in Lansing, MI, or over the phone at 800-248-2048.
5. Limitation of Liability.
   DELPHI MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO DELPHI GIFT CARDS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN THE EVENT A DELPHI GIFT CARD CODE IS NON-FUNCTIONAL, YOUR SOLE REMEDY, AND OUR SOLE LIABILITY, SHALL BE THE REPLACEMENT OF SUCH DELPHI GIFT CARD. CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
6. Disputes.
   Any dispute relating in any way to Delphi gift cards shall be adjudicated in any state or federal court in Ingham County, Michigan, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
7. General Terms.
   When you purchase, receive or redeem a Delphi gift card, you agree that the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern Delphi gift card terms and conditions. Delphi reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time in its discretion. All terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by law.
