From humble beginning, the company has grown into an industrial leader. Its secret is making art glass accessible to everyone regardless of skill or experience.

The story begins nearly 50 years ago with Delphi's founder and president Dan Daniels and his dream to take art glass out of the studios and into people's homes. Daniels first discovered the potential of glass while attending Michigan State University, but quickly realized there was no company willing to address the needs of beginners like himself. In 1972, Daniels with the help of his brother Denis and wife Helene founded Delphi Glass to serve new-comers as well as more experienced craftsmen.
