Pros : Nice and easy to do.
Cons : Uses lots of glass. Have to be careful that the pieces don’t slide

Other Thoughts : What I did is take the first 5 squares on 2 3/4 - 3 Inchs and cut in half and cut a rough hole and glue it up and dry and place on top of battery Tea light. then I glued the rest of the squares then I placed on tea light and it looks really cool although the glass has to be somewhat lighter in color to allow the light to show
