Pros : None
Cons : I previously used the screw on type which was difficult to attach but was very secure. These do not hold well enough. I make these for art festivals and so far I've been lucky that one hasn't fallen off and broken but it is only a matter of time. I'd rather have a design that is harder to attach but secure.

Pros : Works like they are supposed to. I didn't look close enough and was expecting the ones with a screw on the back.
Cons : none, they work.

Pros : Snap on Easy
Cons : Don't like them, they fall off if the glass is too heavy, and they slip around..... Like the old screw on type MUCH BETTER. I liked the longer ones, they worked GREAT as a stand for little 3 x 4 glass pictures.
| Other Thoughts : They are easier to put together, but not much good if they don't hold and stay on... |
| no screws! |

Pros : none
Cons : They tend to spread w/o returning to shape and therefore the glass falls off.
| Other Thoughts : The old screw types are much better and more reliable. |

Pros : easy to use
Cons : Like the screw on type better, I do not have much faith that these will secure the glass piece in place.

Pros : Easy
Cons : The designed was changed and now does not use screw for tightening. Did not know the design changed until after ordering. These do not hold the glass as tightly as when the design had a screw. I won't be ordering these anymore.

Pros : Much improved design from the original snap ons. The screw really holds the clip on the holder.
Cons : Definitely use jewelry tools to secure.

Pros : Great idea for a unique item to make - something different from the usual suncatchers, etc.
Cons : This product confused me. I wasn't sure how to attach the glass to the clip - glue? solder? I finally ended up gluing the piece of glass to it, because the shape I wanted did not allow for solder (there was no point where it would meet!). Luckily I also noticed that the glass can't go too far below the bar....otherwise you can't flip the switch on the plastic socket. However, once I got the glass on the bar, the tiny (teensy-weensy!) screw was almost impossible to connect. It's extremely small and hard to handle. I'm not sure what the solution should be, but maybe a spring clip would work better? Also, no matter how tight I made the screw, the piece still rotated on the plastic socket.
| Other Thoughts : As I said...this is a GREAT idea...but I'm not wild about the design of the product. |
