Pros : I like the star-like sparkle this navy blue glass lends to tack-fused pendants.
Cons : I'm addicted to using non-dichro colored glass as the bottom layer in cabs, so I had to give this a shot. You don't see any of the sparkle once you fuse on top of it, so stick to tack fusing with this.
