I worked with this bottle cutter for several weeks. It does score the bottles.		 Cons
However, the scores are uneven and I never was able to make an acceptable score. I called support many times and checked through you tube and other videos for help. I never was able to find anything to help me achieve acceptable results.		 Other Thoughts
To me, not worth the time or money.
