Pros
This has got to be the best invention in the world. I bought this iron Jan 2012, earlier in the year I bought the Hakko 556-SE the cord was to short for my liking, this on is everything I ever wanted in an iron, light weight,small, easy to manage just a great little iron. heats up extremely quick.

None that I can come up with.
