This is much easier and faster than using kiln wash. And, if you let the pieces cool, you can reuse the shelf paper a couple of times.		 Cons
Cost.		 Other Thoughts
Don't breathe in the used shelf paper particles. Where a mask, or be very careful.

Pros
Lots of large pieces for cheap. A nice variety of colors and textures.		 Cons
The streamer/fracture pieces are pretty ugly. The fractures seem like plastic instead of glass. (See the reviews on the Delphi streamer/fracture packs for confirmation.) The other pieces are just OK -- the glass is thick and uneven.
