Julie H. comment on Big Pink Rose August 24, 2011 It really is lovely--reminds me of an heirloom rose I found growing in an old dumping ground area--blooms like that everyyear. Beautifully done... |
Julie H. comment on Kiln carved wine bottle dish August 24, 2011 Great idea--the bottle glass has so many different colors of green, and you are right it is a source of wonderful free glass. I have been stashing them for years, and the clear too--I am just getting started with fusing and slumping--been doing mosaics with anything I can find.. |

Julie H. comment on Kiln Formed Bracelet February 7, 2011 I am a beginner at fusing--I just got a tabletop kiln and can't hardly wait to get going! The tips and instructions are so much help in keeping up my confidence that "Maybe I CAN do this", I really appreciate it!!! I have learned a great deal just by looking at all the supplies you sell for fusing and reading about how they are used--things I never thought were possible for a small operation, for example, the dam mold I just found, opened my eyes to the idea that I can fuse glass blocks and cut them with my ringsaw. Gosh, what an amateur I sound like!! Hopefully, not for too long. Thank you again. |
