Quick and easy, February 6, 2013 5 stars
Pros
Much faster than hardware store glass drill bits, stays sharper. Cons
The bit tends to walk if you don't have a drill press. Other Thoughts
I've drilled at least 50 holes with the first drill bit, and it has not discernibly dulled.

Fast and Convenient, February 6, 2013 5 stars
Pros
Much faster and easier than going out to the grinder. Just keep a bucket of water handy to dip the pad. Cons
 Other Thoughts
Mine has had two years of heavy use, and the diamond-coated sheeting is finally breaking up and coming away from the pad. It would probably have lasted even longer if I were more careful when grinding corners.
