Halloween picture frame

I decided to make a Halloween picture frame for my sister.  I made eyes and teeth and had a few cuts with stitches. All done with 96 COE glass. I made my own stringers in the flame for the stitches. I sprinkled red powdered frit into the cuts before I laid the cross stitches. ( they helped hold the fine black stringers in place)

 The eyes were cut on a bandsaw. I used BLACK for a base layer and covered it with flesh colored glass strips and crossed over the black joints.  The blood drops were also cut from Red Opal sheet glass on a bandsaw. I sprinkled black frit over some areas like the teeth and made eyebrows with it also.

It turned out pretty cool.  I attached a 99 cent clear plastic picture frame to the back side with silicone adhesive so it will stand up and you simply slide a picture in the plastic frame.
