Description:
This is a sixties era end table that I purchased at a Salvation Army store. I used Van Gough's Starry Night as my inspiration for the legs. It took me many months to decide on the art for the table top and I ultimately decided on a theme of my mother. She's all powerful, strong and beautiful. The hairline and eyebrows are Golden Sand beads and her lips are made of garnet nuggets. The beautiful gold and red mirrored glass were purchased at Delphi's website. This is a legacy piece to be inherited one day by one of my granddaughters. I listed it for sale in my Etsy shop for a very high price just to put the photos "out there". It was many hours of work and I loved every minute of it.
