Playing with Paints - Fused Glass Cheese Plate

This one of a kind fused glass cheese plate was created using orange, yellow and green glass paints applied to a white sheet of glass. The piece was fired in the kiln to permanently fuse the paint to the glass. The piece was then placed on another white sheet of glass and accented with teal glass and orange stringers and fired for a second time. A thin layer of clear powdered frit was sifted over the entire piece and it was fired for its third and final time. Rubber bumpers are included on the back.
