Manta Ray in the Sea of Cortez

The title says most of what it is. It was made to be auctioned in a fund raiser for the Sonora Desert Museum whose Spring Gals Theme is The Sea of Cortez. All copper foil. The picture of the ray was a stock photo by Venko purchased through Shutterstock. Sand and sun rays added. The glass is a mixture of Youghiogheny, Kokomo, and Bullseye, all wrapped in copper foil. Bright copper and black patina was added to accentuate the sun and the ray.
