The pink/yellow glass was Spectrum-Harmony S606981; Burgundy w/orange glass was Kokomo-Amber/Cerise Ruby Granite -104G; Dark Burgundy was Wismack EM 4902 or 4903?; Green glass was Spectrums dark green & Bullseye-Yellow Opal, Deep Forest Green B2121......Found my notes.....

I believe the pink glass was Spectrum glass. The red glass was a Wissmach. I basically choose the glass at my glass store by color and texture, not necessarily the brand name or color name. I could do some more research to give you the exact glass titles. Glad you liked it, it was fun to design and my client loved it also.
