Floating Snowflakes Cake Plate

Getting used to my new snowflake mold resulted in a few broken flakes. Why waste them?  Using a transparent streakie  base, I "floated" full and partial snowflakes to make this festive winter cake plate. It is getting good use on display and serving at my friend's winter parties!
