Custom Color Your Cement Colorants are great for coloring cement and grout. Simply dissolve in water and mix with cement or grout. Its highly concentrated pigment allows you to color a lot of cement with one bag; use 1/2 teaspoon of colorant per 8 ounces of dry mixing medium.
