Pros : Nice smooth solder joints when soldering lead came.
Cons : Could be my technique, but when soldering zinc came with this product, the solder joints are not as smooth as when soldering lead came.

Pros : The quality of this solder shows in the finished work. You’d think that all solders would give the same end result, but I find this one flows and finishes better than others.

Pros : This is a fantastic solder; it flows smoothly and evenly, and leaves a very nice bead. It has worked really well for my large windows as well as my suncatchers. It is so much better than the basic solder found at some craft stores. It is worth the extra money for a better quality solder.

Other Thoughts : This is worth the investment as it works so much better than other solders I have used.

Pros : The flow is nice, but what I really appreciate about it is how pure the alloy is. It makes cleaner solder seams than any other I've tried.
Cons : It's more expensive, but I tried other stuff and was very disappointed.
Other Thoughts : If you are going to patina black, it may not matter as much, but when I am going to leave the solder silver, as I do on much of my work, I use this solder for a clean and smooth bead.

Pros : The best I've used. Even melt-smooth finish. I use with a gel type flux. Seems to work the best with a hot tip

Other Thoughts : Always buy in quantities so that you get the price break. If you do copper foil, you'll always need solder!
