About Uro by Yough
Uro glass carries surfaces and colour combinations that are difficult to achieve any other way - herringbone ripple textures, dense mottles, and sheets that run several colours together across a single piece. For an artist, that means one cut can supply the variation that would otherwise take several pieces and several solder lines to build.
Delphi carries the range including Uro 96 COE, which is tested for fusing and can be fired alongside other 96 COE glass. That makes it useful in kiln-formed work as well as leaded and foiled panels. As with all hand-rolled glass, sheets vary, so it rewards choosing a piece for a specific position in a design rather than ordering by colour name alone.
