Dual hinged design offers unlimited access to your art. Lid flips up for loading tall projects, venting, or for manipulating the glass while inside the kiln, while the front loading option makes loading your kiln easy! Features include sturdy corner mounted handles for easy access to the lid and body of the kiln, and a multi-position lid vent system. Spring-assisted lift makes opening the lid or body of this kiln easy. Includes kiln stand. Shelf sold separately, #7499 19-3/4" Square Shelf recommended.

Equipped with the swing-view mounted Set-Pro digital temperature control, featuring easy 3-button programming. Store up to 4 custom firing schedules with up to 8 segments per program. "On-the-Fly" features include adding time, temperature and skipping ahead. It's everything anyone ever wanted in an easy-to-use controller, without being limited by pre-set programming.

This kiln is equipped with a solid state relay. Solid state relays have a much longer life span than traditional manual/mechanical relays. They are also much more energy efficient. Relying on a semiconductor instead of the electromechanical relays means no clicking sound when running.
