Pros : The perfect height for the larger molds for my kiln. Keeps everything at a height where all heat is distributed evenly. I've bought a set from another distributer and I will never make that mistake again, these are perfectly formed, cut and without chips or rocking on your shelves. You'll be happy with these posts
Cons : No cons noted for my own kiln, but in using my friends kiln I found that these are not one size fits all, make sure you measure your space and you will not be disappointed.qqq
