Pros : This is as good as it gets. I started out using a regular paint brush, but quickly realized I needed this for a smooth application.

Pros : Even coating is easy.
Cons : I only used it twice. The brush hairs do fall out. Need to review the peice prior to using it.

Pros : I have had my brush for approximately 10 years and I still love it. The hairs are starting to come out once in awhile, but I wouldn't live without it for apply kiln wash. It leaves and even coat, with little texture that will be picked up on the underside of your design.
Cons : None yet after 10 years.

Pros : They work great for spreading kiln wash. Great to use.
Cons : After some use they started to separate into individual brushes. Needs better glue.
