Crafts have been part of my life from the beginning. Having an art teacher mother at home makes it all much easier. I've learned from very young age to explore a variety of materials to express myself. Crafts of all sorts have evolved throughout the years into a variety of new forms of artist abilities. Jewelry making, beading, embroidering, tapestry, pottery and glass painting, glass fusing, decoration and sculpting have been produced for resale or by pure need of expression. In various occasions throughout my life I've also had the opportunity to share these ideas with others, either in a form of informal groups, put together with the simple purpose of socialization, or on a more formal setting as a teacher myself. I've taught kids and adults both jewelry making and painting glass, ceramics and white porcelain. Lula Torgersen
