Earthglass Stained Glass Studio's Gallery

I have always believed that every soul has a place in the world it feels most at home. For me, that place is by the Atlantic Ocean, and so, in 1999 I moved from Toronto to Nova Scotia. My studio, Earthglass, creates original stained glass panels and lamps which primarily celebrate the intense, sometimes austere, beauty of life by the sea. The colours and textures, scents and energy of the living sea, and the creatures which inhabit it, really must be experienced to be believed. My glass attempts, in some small way, to capture these emotions. Earthglass is a small studio, which carefully designs and crafts each piece using traditional methods. My technique is copper-foil, which allows for more intricate design. The studio does accept repairs and private commissions on a limited basis, and customers interested in this are invited to contact me to discuss their ideas.
