Large Shade Drape Mold
This mold was so much fun to use and so easy! I found the best result was using a solid piece of glass with a hole drilled in the middle, rather than cutting the circle into 4 pieces. Glass placement doesn't have to be exact. I did one with solid glass ocverage and one with mosaic pieces 1/2 irr up and 1/2 irr down so I could see the different effects.
Instructions talk about using irridecent glass and the different results of using it up or down. This was confusing to me because it was my first lamp attempt. I called delphi and they explained that you can use regular fusing glass and the irr glass was only an option you could use. Firing takes a long time for both steps. Lamp shade isn't very long.
Have fun! Perfect way to use scrap glass!
