Cutting precision is of the most importance, secondly cut, grind, foil and tac solder no more than 3-4 pieces at a time. This allows you to quickly know how well pieces fit. If you cut everything at once, having a couple of pieces not cut correctly can throw everything out of alignment. There is also a chance that you will lose the markings and not know where each piece fits. Pieces this small start to look alike very quickly.

Pros
This is a terrific stand for multiple things. Works well displaying platters and shallow bowls. Lots of shoppers don't understand that their functional glass art can also be beautifully displayed in the home when not in use. By using a stand like this, it shows buyers that this work is vastly different from what they can get in a mega store. These stands are economically priced and the artisan can easily include the cost of the stand within the cost of the glass art.		 Cons

after almost 10 years of working with glass, this tool is one of my favorites. Fused panels that didn't sell last year can be cut into strips with this tool, and reassembled into other projects. Have managed to score and cut blanks 3 layers of glass thick. The breaker is phenomenal. It can be adjusted easily by loosening or tightening the little screws. Have had lots of fun with this.		 Cons
There is a limit as to how narrow a strip can be cut. The breaker has to be able to fit on both sides of the score. For really thin cuts, the better tool would be a tile cutter, but for people who don't want to bother with a tile cutter, or don't need very narrow strips, this works very well. One slight problem is the little rubber plate unglued after a day of use. It was easily glued back on with E6000.		 Other Thoughts
Wish I had gotten this years ago.

This is a super product. Have used to display a panel 19" wide and another 14" wide and it worked perfectly. Display doesn't detract from the art but provides a steady and well-proportioned support. Will buy more of these because it is so versatile. Will also use for stained glass display because it helps customers who love the art but can't figure out how to display it.		 Cons

Would love to see a version of this adjustable product with the addition of a solid base between the feet. Am planning a work that will spread out over the top and a little down the sides and the weight of the work would require more support on the bottom.
