Put on this bit for your initial shaping, especially for bowls, plates. Does tend to chip - so be mindful of your line and switch to a finer bit when you are near the line. Saves hours of time!		 Cons
If you don't use a finer bit, you will have to increase the temperature because your glass will have chips. Bye Bye perfect circles with crisp edges!		 Other Thoughts
Remember to wear eye protection and also consider wearing a face shield and use an extra large grinder shield for safety.
