Always used plain copper wire and tinned myself. SO worth the investment in getting the pre-tinned wire. Highly recommend it to everyone.

Pros
As I was taught the Tiffany method in 2000 at Delphi, Tampa, I was truly never exposed to using lead. Recently I bought this roll and used it on the outside of some sun catchers. VERY please with the finished results.

Cons
Getting the correct angle on your cuts takes practice.
