Mesh will separate from block eventually. Don't leave in water while you work.

I go through these fairly quickly. They are a good, less expensive choice than others

Inexpensive set to start cold-working by hand.

Cons
120 mesh has come loose. Will replace as opposed to repairing with glue, fanatic about sharp, clean edges.

Other Thoughts
To be fair, I have used these heavily for more than a year.

Almost all pc's were badly scratched. Usable in some projects but not for what I'd planned.

Other Thoughts
I realize it's scrap but these were outside the parameters of normal scratches on scrap.

Pros
Produces pieces which need only minimal cold-work. Fast lay-up.

Cons
REALLY pricey. Not sure the recommended shelf paper is needed, don't care for the texture it adds.

Other Thoughts
On-edge, or pattern work where glass doesn't quite meet the edge, will still involve cold-work to get crisp edges but it's quicker than the standard layup.
