Pic of me - Cara Rider

This is me, Cara Rider..  I love to work with recycled items as my base for my Art, It's the only way to go..  I have had a lot of sales & have much more work that I have not posted here..  have been working with the art of Mosaic's for nearly 16 years. Mostly, I will used stained glass in my projects. The bases for my creations are often of recycled items such as, broken down cabinet pieces, scrap wood, discarded tables, bowling balls and even tennis balls.

The love of my craft started when I had the idea to cover an old octagon kitchen table with square ceramic tiles. After that project was completed, I found myself trying to cover anything that I could get my hands on...
