Ziggy in a Heart Drop Rain

This was made with scraps from a few years ago, so I am unsure what ithe glass is.  Ziggy was a favorite of mine and I found this on a card and redesigned it.  I had to reinforce the lower part to add the dog onto his leg without creating a problem.
