Mosaic using an old window frame. I made it so it can be hung in a window or on a wall to resemble a new garden view. There are several hidden garden creatures blended into the greenery - besides the butterfly there is a lucky grasshopper in the lower left pane and a frog hanging from the coneflower branch. The glass is glued with E6000 and then grouted.

WOW it is amazing! I love it!!!!! How did you come up with such an idea? Is there anyway that I could get the pattern. I do not have the talent for creating patterns but I can put things together. Your creativity sure has opened up new ideas for me. I am so excited, please keep us informed of your creations.

Thank you so much. It is always nice to get possitive feedback since artwork is such an expression of ourselves! I found an old window frame at a "shabby chic" store with the glass intact and just glued the glass directly to the existing panes. I made it with the intention of being able to hang it in front of a window or on a wall to look like a window. I am working on a few to resemble different outdoor scenes. One will be looking out onto the beach and another Tuscany. I also am thinking about using some of Monet's paintings as inspirations for other landscapes.

This is incredible! Did you put it on a plain piece of glass and then mount it inside your regular window?

Thanks. I just used the webcam and didn't realize the quality was so bad.
