The Pride of Poland

"The Pride of Poland" is a stained glass art piece created in recognition of my father's 70th birthday. This inspired piece, depicting the Polish eagle, was sand blasted onto a 16x20" piece of flashed red on clear glass and finished with an oak frame yielding a white on red design symbolizing the colors of the Polish flag. Subtle details with special meaning were also incorporated to the design - the diamond surrounded by the six jewels in the crown represents my father surrounded by his six children. Though created in the greater Seattle area, this glass art design is now proudly displayed in his home in upstate New York.
