Morning Sunrise on the Ranch

My first try at stained glass art, my original 23” x 29”design celebrates our family’s 75 year history in our home originally a 105 acre California citrus ranch with several avocado trees. Now there are only a dozen trees left on our half acre. The clear wavy glass sun beams remind us of the joy it is to wake up each day in our home. Some of the glass was saved for over 40 years as scraps from a stained glass window installed in a church I built. The scraps allowed me to depict the Hass Avocado in a different hue and texture from the Fuerte. John Brea, CA
