Description:

For some reason the pictures have all shown up turned sideways.  There isn't a way (in this program) to turn them so they would be right side up.  The tree trunk is a piece of wood that is 150 year old yellow pine barn siding that has been shellacked.  The mottled green/orange/red glass represents maple tree leaves turning in the fall.  The "air" around the tree is seedy (so we can see who is on the other side of the door). the solder represents tree branches.  Those branches along with the side of the trunk have "stippled" solder created by pressing a wet sponge into the solder before it hardens.  This creates a "bark-like" appearance.
