Desert Wonder

My large mosaic lizard was created in a class at a local Tucson glass shop. I began with a precut plywood form and used bright green glass for the background color. To define and highlight my Desert Wonder, I utilized semi-precious gem chips and decorative glass pieces purchased at the Tucson Gem Show along with marble accents. The sunny desert finish was accomplished by using Liquifusion. My large, green lizard has a place of honor hanging on my brick patio wall.
