Sea Glass Meditation Ball

Description:

 I've been collecting sea glass for many years.  Inspired by the want to capture light thru the colors, I experminted with a stained glass technique wrapping each shard with cooper foil, soldering each piece and the arranging them together.  The meditation ball grew from there.  About the size of a baseball, I roll the sphere around in the palms of my hands and meditate on everything from life, love and family to my next creative project.

@GiddyUpCowgirl, Delphi carries lead-free solder to use on projects that will be handled often. It is especially good for 3-dimensional projects like the one above. Search for item #2999.

This is beautiful! I bet it is stunning sitting on a light box. Do you know if there is a solder that doesn't have lead so i can wrap my fused cabochons in it and wear them? This is being handled alot so does it have a special solder? Thanks, Michelle @ [email protected]
