Carrots, Tomatoes and Lettuce, a 13 1/2 inch serving bowl is perfect as an art object or to put it to practical use for large salads or as a fruit bowl. The colors just remind me of a delicious salad. I love the freedom of fused glass. I find fused glass to be so liberating and enjoyable without rules or rigidness. I use my mallet to smash the sheets of glass to smithereens and get beautiful free form shards of glass to create my artwork. Most people work as if they are doing stained glass that needs exactness and to be lined up to perfection.
