Purple Tulip on a Heart

Spring really is coming!  This made-in-the-kiln tulip has a random sprinkling of gold leaf on the heart shaped background, with a gold chain for easy hanging.  The piece is relatively flat, about 1/4", and about 4 & 1/2" wide and 3 & 3/4" from the center to the bottom of the heart.  The green leaves are striped with adventurine for a subtle sparkle.  Both the flower petal and the leaves are shards created in the blowing studio and are sitting on a clear layer of glass over the gold leaf and light pink background.  Chain measures 6 inches total, so the piece has a petit hanging chain of 3 inches.  Intended to be a wall hanging, but be sure to hang it near sunlight to capture all the glint of the gold leaf!
