Quetzal by Cindy Cook

 I designed the quetzal bird with long flowing feathers which has 957 pieces of bullseye and spectrum glass. I used the copper foil method and strenghthened the panel with "strong line".   The quetzal is relaxing on a dogwood tree in an english garden filled with delphinium and tropical foilage.
