Description:

This art glass mosaic was done on a old record.  This make it  "Karmic" art because I saved the base from going to the landfill and it is also "Flat Panel" art because it less than 1/4" thick.  All glass was hand cut.  The orange glass will react to a black light and make the fish glow a bright neon orange.
