Spontaneous Generation

 This is a raku-fired stoneware jar that had a piece crack off of it when I fired it, so instead of scrapping the jar I made a small patch of lampworked mushrooms in colors that matched the jar, as if the glass mushrooms were growing out of the jar itself, as if the soul of the jar is escaping through the crack.
