Windswept Pine

This was my third mosaic. Although it was meant to continue a scene from a previous mosaic, I modified some techniques. It was more important to try to improve what I'd done. This mosaic features stained glass and smalti. The top and bottom boarders are smalti. Most of the glass is hand cut, although the clouds and tree were cut using a ring saw. The size is 11 X 14 and the frame is a black metal frame.
